We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your ICH account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete from the App

You can delete your account directly within the ICH app:

Option 2: Request via Email

Send an email to request account deletion:

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

Some data may be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes:

Financial records: Payment history and receipts (retained for 7 years for tax/legal compliance)
Attendance records: Historical meeting attendance (anonymised)
Aggregated data: Anonymous statistics that cannot identify you

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will need to create a new account if you wish to rejoin the community.

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
